dv01 aims to make updated data available to clients as soon as it is received and processed through our system. That being said, data is received from various counter-parties at different times throughout the month, with different limitations. Additionally, the majority
of securitization datasets on the platform can only be released upon the distribution date each month. Below are the target release dates for various types of datasets on dv01, upstream data delivery and reconciliation issues not withstanding.

Market Surveillance
All Market Surveillance datasets represent data as of the previous month-end.
Affirm: Quarterly, after the previous quarter's earnings are announced
Avant: 18th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Figure: 5th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Freedom: 5th business day of each month
Funding Circle (US)*: 15th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Funding Circle (UK)*: 15th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
LendingClub: 15th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Lending Point: 3rd of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Marlette: 15th of each month, or the first business day thereafter; aligned with the securitization distribution date
Prosper: 10th business day of each month
SoFi (Personal Loans): Quarterly, after the previous quarter's earnings are announced
SoFi (Student Loans): Quarterly, after the previous quarter's earnings are announced
Upgrade: 5th business day of each month
Upstart**: 12th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Non-QM Benchmark: 1st business day of each month after the previous month-end (e.g.; the April 1st, 2020 update would reflect securitization distribution dates of March 25th, with collateral through the end of February)
Prime Jumbo Benchmark: 1st business day of each month after the previous month-end (e.g.; the April 1st, 2020 update would reflect securitization distribution dates of March 25th, with collateral through the end of February)
Consumer Unsecured Benchmark: 25th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Credit Risk Transfer Deals (CRT): 26th of each month, or the first business day thereafter, with an additional month lag (e.g.; the Reporting Period for a March Payment Date is the preceding January month-end, and determinations of the delinquency status of the Reference Obligations relative to the March Payment Date are made with reference to the same January month-end date. Please also note that new CRT deals are onboarded every month, in bulk. New deals that have closed by the 25th of that calendar month will be included in the month-end release (e.g.; deals that close between December 26th, 2021 and January 25th, 2022 will be onboarded by the end of January 2022).
- Prime and Subprime Auto Benchmarks (and underlying pools):
- Benchmarks and individual deals should be expected by 5th business day of each month***
- We try to capture and onboard all deals and process as they are received, these updates follow the benchmark updates on the following business day
*Funding Circle does not make data for its most recent quarter of originations until after earnings are released, resulting in a lag of approximately 45 - 60 days between the end of a quarter than the reflection of new originations / the corresponding performance data being incorporated into the Market Surveillance dataset.
**Upstart does not make data for its most recent quarter of originations available until after earnings are released, resulting in a lag of approximately 45 - 60 days between the end of a quarter than the reflection of new originations / the corresponding performance data being incorporated into the Market Surveillance dataset.
***Data may not be posted for certain deals by the end of a given calendar month. dv01 prioritizes timely, consistent updates for the broader benchmark, so any deals where month-end data is not yet available at the time of refresh will remain stale until the next update
Securitizations
All securitizations update on their respective distribution dates, with the exception of certain certificate and pass-through transactions that have been pre-approved for daily collateral updates. The general guidelines for the distribution dates and specifications around which deals allow for daily collateral updates are as follows:
Consumer Unsecured: 15th of each month *, or the first business day thereafter, with the exception of the deals below:
- FREED: 18th, or first business day thereafter
- ENVA: 20th, or first business day thereafter
- UAT: 20th, or first business day thereafter
- UPSPT: 20th, or first business day thereafter
- UPST: 20th, or first business day thereafter
- MHMT 2016-1: 25th, or first business day thereafter
- SCLP: 25th, or first business day thereafter (does not apply to 2015-1, for which the distribution day is the 15th of each month, or the first business day thereafter)
- SPLT 12th, or first business day thereafter
Mortgages: 25th of each month, or the first business day thereafter.
Small Business:
- MPLT-BS: 15th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
- SBIZ: 15th of each month, or the first business day thereafter
Student Loans:
