We’ve enhanced DealStudio to make structuring and sharing deals with external partners more seamless. Users can now export and import deal structures as JSON files, enabling faster collaboration and iteration while maintaining full data integrity within dv01.


Feature Highlights

  • Export and Import Deal Structures: Download waterfall components and priority of payments as JSON files, and reimport them directly into Deal Studio.

  • Streamlined Collaboration: Exchange deal structure files with issuers, investors, and rating agencies for review and iteration - no more screenshots or manual recreation.

  • This capability also extends to repline collateral data, with Tapes and Datasets support planned for a future release.
